Sadistic Mika Band were an influential Japanese rock band that formed in 1972. Despite their relatively short-lived existence (their initial lifespan as a band being several years, from 1972 until 1975), they are one of the most revolutionary bands in Japanese rock history. They reunited twice: in 1989 when they released one album “Appare”, and again from 2006 through 2007.
